Leather under tanning process

In terms of leather, generally speaking, it is a process of tanning with raw leather. In order to make the raw leather reach a state of leather goods, the most common tanning methods include chrome tanning, mixed tanning, vegetable tanning and oil tanning.
Glossy leather is generally a representative of the traditional leather making method of vegetable tanning. In modern times, tannic acid extracted from plants is mainly used. For tanned leather, it can be called glossy leather. Without the treatment of dyeing or spraying, the texture will be very good, and the water absorption will be stronger. Usually, it will become softer after water absorption and harden after drying, but the smooth skin will not return to its original shape after drying.
The treatment of raw skin should first include the preservation of dry skin and the anti-corrosion of fresh skin, including the chemical materials needed in the processes of degreasing, soaking, liming, depilation and acid leaching. As the chemical materials used in the process of raw material skin treatment are generally ordinary chemicals under common surfactants such as alkali, salt and acid. In addition to general chemical materials, there are many special chemical materials and common chemical products that can be used in a single process. It mainly includes Liming Agent, preservative, degreasing agent, insecticide and so on.
Dyeing is generally a very important process in leather production. It can give many bright and firm colors after dyeing, so as to improve the service performance of leather. The dyes used in leather can generally be divided into general dyes and special dyes for leather. In order to make the special dyes for leather better spray dyeing and dip dyeing. Textiles can be treated directly with dyes and acid dyes.
In general, the chemical agent that can increase and shrink the temperature of raw leather can become leather, which is generally called tanning agent. Tanning agent is generally a kind of liquid, which can have multi-functional active substances. The intermolecular bond formed by tanning agent and collagen structure under more than two action points can generally increase some reaction points on a small part of the molecular chain in collagen and carry out cross-linking and interaction between many new molecules. So that it has more tanning effect. In terms of tanning agents, they can be divided into organic tanning agents and inorganic tanning agents according to their chemical properties. In terms of uses, they can be mainly divided into retanning agents, main tanning agents and pretanning agents.
Leather Fatliquoring is one of the most important processes in the process of leather production, and can be mainly used to make chemical materials for leather fatliquoring. In terms of lubricating fatliquoring materials, it is usually called fatliquoring agent. Due to different raw materials, fatliquoring agents can be effectively divided into three categories, mainly natural oil, mineral oil, synthetic oil and so on. In leather production, it can be effectively divided into multi-functional Fatliquor and general fatliquor, such as white leather fatliquor, waterproof retanning Fatliquor and so on.
Generally speaking, vegetable tanning is mainly a leather making method using natural ingredients. On the contrary, chrome tanning is a way of making raw leather into leather by using chemical synthetic agents. The leather made mainly by tanning is relatively strong in terms of softness or flexibility, and is very suitable for making all kinds of leather goods. The utilization rate in the industry is very high.
