Synthetic leather is mainly
a plastic product that simulates the structure or composition of natural
leather and can be used as a substitute material. On the surface, the main base
material is non-woven fabric made of synthetic fibers such as cotton, polyester
and polypropylene. It can be very similar to leather material on both sides,
and has certain advantages in air permeability. From the perspective of
characteristics, it is not easy to moth and mildew, and has beautiful luster.
Compared with ordinary artificial leather, it is closer to natural leather.

There are relatively many
varieties of synthetic leather, and in addition to the common characteristics
of synthetic fiber polyurethane microporous surface and synthetic fiber
non-woven base, the effects of processing technology and non-woven fiber
varieties are different. Moreover, synthetic leather is relatively smooth on
its surface, unified in color and strength, and relatively superior to natural
leather in acid-base resistance, waterproof and microorganism.

On the grain surface, the
part of the surface can be ground away to reduce the influence of grain
defects. Then, a series of leather products imitating full grain leather and
false grain leather can be manufactured by a different set of finishing
methods. However, in terms of world leather production, 18% of the main leather
is of this kind. And after more processing and production, you can use
grinding, sanding, painting, embossing and other methods to cover up its
original defects. For the scratch of barbed wire mesh or insect bite, and then
angular injury, you can use sanding to remove it before painting. The outer
skin with grain surface is mainly the head skin, accounting for about 0.9 to
1.5mm. The leather products called grade C mainly meet the practical standards
of this kind. In this case, it is more important for this kind of leather to be
polished. Therefore, in addition to the artificial grain surface, it can be
replaced by the original surface, and then there will be no other use. In terms
of world leather output, the remaining 65% is not suitable for furniture, but
suitable for clothes, handbags, belts, car cushions and so on.

If it is divided into the
first layer leather and the second layer leather, it can be regarded as the
first layer leather and the second layer leather. Among them, the most
important are shaving leather, grain leather, embossed leather, etc; The main
categories are pig layer 2 and cow layer 2, etc.From the point of view of
shaving leather, it is mainly made by gently grinding its surface with a new

From the characteristics of
full grain leather, it is mainly divided into wrinkled leather, soft leather,
front leather and so on. Its main characteristics are clear pores, tight,
irregular arrangement, elasticity and good air permeability. It is mainly a
high-grade leather. In terms of semi grain leather, it is mainly polished in
the production process, and only half of the grain is processed by equipment.
It is mainly called semi grain leather. The pores are flat and oval, and the
arrangement is irregular, and the hand feel is relatively hard. It is a
medium-grade leather after selecting a poor grade of raw leather. Due to the
particularity of technology and the surface without scar and disability, its
utilization rate is relatively high, and it is not easy to deform in terms of
finished products. Therefore, it is generally used in large briefcase products
with large area.
